Being able to easily submit your work for approval is crucial for any content creator. In Celtx, our client approval system allows you to instantly share your project documents for review. Client Approvals allow you to send read-only versions of your files to a client, vendor, or other interested party without them having to be added to your studio or have a Celtx account.
To create an approval, open the "View" menu in your document toolbar in any of your project modules and select New.
Here you can choose a recipient from your existing clients or create a new one.
Add an optional message and click send approval. Your client will receive an email containing your approval request, they'll be able to review the document, leave comments, and approve or reject your submission.
You can keep track of all your existing approvals under the "View" menu in your document toolbar.
