Context Menu

Typically accessed by using the secondary click (right click/2-finger trackpad). The Context Menu presents the user with options contextual to the area of the Editor they’re interacting with (please note, the floating script editor does not currently support Celtx context menu options). These are the options available to specific points of interest.

  • Scenes (Navigator): Users can utilize the context menu to surface the hamburger menu options for Scenes in the Navigator.
  • Lanes (Navigator): Users can utilize the context menu to surface the hamburger menu options for Scenes in the Navigator.

    • Add Sequence
      • Please note, if you have multiple nodes selected, this option will merge the transition from the selected nodes into the added sequence
    • Add Portal

      • This will open the Prompt Generator. From here, you can generate a pre-configured branching Storymap structure with placeholder content. Options here include:
        • Idle - Adds a sequence node before the branch node.
        • Merge - Merges the branch structure to a new sequence node.
        • Automatic Logic - Applies a radio variable to the branch structure whose value corresponds to the number of sequences.
    • Add Callback
      • Similar to the Prompt Generator, this tool will create a preconfigured conditional branch structure based on any existing boolean or radio variables.
    • Draw Transition

      • This tool allows you to quickly rename and change the values of any variables applied to a group of selected nodes.

      • This tool will place any node into a read-only state. Locks can be disengaged by any user.
