How Do I Save?

Saving of Gem projects occurs on a store and forward basis, where content between your team is always in sync, and then forwarded to a cloud save at regularly timed intervals whenever new updates are detected in the project.

When saves occur, a notification will trigger in the toolbar momentarily, before being dismissed. No manual intervention is required on the users' part.

Every time a save is registered, an entry is added to the project History, available via the Editor 'File' menu. A 'last saved' time stamp is also visible at the bottom of the 'File' menu (please note, this time stamp is not interactive).

If you wish to download a project file, the project can be downloaded as a JSON file at any time from the Editor 'File' menu.

Additionally, you can download CSV and JSON files of the various reports in the 'Reports' module.
