If you've forgotten or need to change your password, visit our Trouble Logging In page. Once there enter your Celtx Gem account email address (1) and then select 'submit' (2) to have a password link sent to your email inbox.
Please note: Reset links are only valid for one hour, and can only be used once.
You can also add a secondary (backup) email to your account under your profile information section (Management, Settings, then "Set Secondary Email"), should you lose access to your primary account.
This means that if you submit a password reset request with your secondary email, it should let you gain access to your account.
You can also change your login username/email and change your password from your Profile Settings page.
