Creating and Managing Groups

Group Management

Groups allow you to generate working groups from your studio members, and help facilitate sharing. If you have projects that are worked on on a team basis or if you want to be able to easily share projects with all writers, or a script ready for breakdown with all department heads, you can create a group to instantly make sure everyone who needs access has it.

To Create a Group

On the Management -> Groups page, you will be able to create and manage, as the name suggests, groups!

  1. Click on "+new group."
  2. Enter a group name
  3. Select teammates to add.

*Note: only admins can create groups.

Managing & Deleting Groups

Once you've created a group you can click the arrow for more information, see who is a member, when they were active, and see what projects they have been working on.

To Delete a Group

  1. Select the checkbox next to the group to delete
  2. Select the 'trash' icon that appears in the menu above
  3. Confirm the deletion, which will remove all users of that group from the project, unless added individually, or as part of another group.
